Suzie Shark has recently come from Palo Alto City Library to be the new library circulation supervisor at the Los Altos Library. Shark attended Foothill College and has a degree in social sciences from San Jose State University.

She worked for 10 years at Palo Alto City Library doing clerical and supervisory work and catalog and computer trouble-shooting. The city gave her a "Great Idea" award for her design of a children's library card, "My First Library Card," introduced this summer.

Shark volunteers as a library staff person at Packard Children's Hospital. She, her husband and two children live in Palo Alto.
