Aug. 5, 12:37 p.m., Second Street: Police issued a restraining order for a woman.

Burglary

Aug. 6, 11:56 a.m., 800 block of Arroyo Road: Police reported a possible residential break-in. A screen was removed from a side window.

Crimes against children

Aug. 6, 4:25 p.m.: Police received a report from child protective services of alleged mental abuse of a Los Altos child.

Stalking

Aug. 7, 9:53 a.m., 1200 block of Colonial Oaks Drive: A woman reported that she has been stalked by an acquaintance for nine years.

Drugs

Aug. 8, 9:26 p.m., El Camino Real/San Antonio Road: Police made an arrest on charges of drugs and possession for sale.

Burglary

Aug. 10, 9:05 a.m., 100 block of Edith Avenue: A CD player was taken.

Vandalism

Aug. 10, 8:45 p.m., 1700 block of Penny Way: A caller said a neighbor admitted putting nails in the road and became angry when learning the nails had been picked up.

Domestic violence

Aug. 11, 9:06 a.m., 2300 block of Homestead Road: At Pasta Grotto a man was standing over a woman who was down on the ground in the parking lot.

Pollution

Thursday, 8:38 a.m., 400 block of First Street: City officials said a business at this address was allowing anti-freeze or radiator fluid to flow into the storm drain.

Burglary

Saturday, 3:49 p.m., 500 Orange Avenue: A kitchen window was removed. Missing items included some checks and a few bottles of wine.

Vandalism

Sunday, 6:32 p.m., 2300 block of Deodora Drive: A caller reported both headlights and hood ornament broken on her car.
