Grants available for Peninsula artists The Peninsula Community Foundation is seeking proposals from rising Peninsula artists as part of its Emerging Art Fund. The fund provides grants of up to $5,000 to individuals whose art is culturally diverse, inner-city focused, or indigenous to the Peninsula. The application deadline is 5 p.m., Sept. 3.
