The weekend consists of informative seminars, guest speakers and time to network. Olympic gold medal cyclist Connie Carpenter Phinney and other cycling pros will lead interactive seminars on maintenance, nutrition, heart rate training and more. The keynote speaker is former record holder Sally Edwards. Registration starts at 8 a.m. on Saturday and the summit begins at 9:30 a.m. both days. For more information call (212) 633-6139. |
