Los Altos Hills residents will have a chance to clean up on Sept. 18

The town of Los Altos Hills has scheduled a nonhazardous, nontoxic clean-up day from 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., Sept. 18. Residents are limited to two standard truckloads of debris.

Waste can be taken to these locations: Town Hall parking lot; Magdalena at 280 (for solid waste items only); Foothill College - parking lot C; Altamont Road at Black Mountain - Westwind Barn; Page Mill Road at Arastradero.

The following solid waste materials will be accepted: solid waste and trash (all non-recyclable materials); up to 30 gallons per household of construction/demolition; and up to 30 gallons per household of concrete, asphalt, rock and dirt.
