There will be 5k and 10k races. For more information, call 984-4076. Roadrunners roll The Sunnyvale '87 Roadrunners placed third in a CYSA girls soccer tournament held Aug. 14 and 15 in Danville. The Roadrunners feature eight players from either Los Altos or Mountain View: Hayley Finkelstein, Alicia Incerpi, Stephanie Lee, Dawn Maxie, Lindsay Parodi, Jenny Phan, Daniela Roark and Tori Tyler. They are coached by Frank Medina, coach at Homestead High. The Roadrunners went 2-1 in the tournament, losing only to eventual-champion Danville. Swimmers sought The Los Altos-Mountain View Aquatic Club is holding tryouts for swimmers age 6-18 from 5-6 p.m., Sept. 28 and 29 at Eagle Park Pool in Mountain View.
