Sept. 4, 4:16 a.m., 1700 block of Parkhills Avenue: A neighbor reported a person walking down the side of the house. A light was on in the bedroom, but the owners were out of town, police said.

DUI

Sept. 4, 9:27 p.m., El Monte Avenue/Milverton Road: Police arrested a 32-year-old man on charges of drunk driving.

Sept. 5, 1:04 a.m., El Camino Real/Miramonte Avenue: Police arrested a 25-year-old man on charges of drunk driving.

Assault

Sept. 6, 8:52 p.m.: A caller reported his brother and father were having an altercation.

Restraining order

Sept. 7, 8:54 a.m.: A restraining order was filed with the police department.

DUI

Sept. 7, 9:36 p.m., Foothill Expressway/Loyola Avenue: Police reported a wrong-way driver was traveling eastbound in the westbound lanes of Foothill Expressway. Police arrested a 74-year-old man on charges of drunk driving.

Burglary

Sept. 8, 11:57 p.m., 4300 block of El Camino Real: A man and a woman kicked in a door at this address. Police made an arrest.

Hazardous waste

Friday, 600 block of Stardust Lane: A caller reported a white powdery substance flowing down the alley.

Assault

Friday, 4:08 p.m., 800 block of Jordan Avenue: A caller reported seeing and hearing a woman in her 40s screaming and calling for help.

Bomb threat

Saturday, Almond Avenue: A caller reported a possible pipe bomb in the bleachers of the third-base side of the baseball diamond at Almond School.

Tire theft

Sunday, 7:40 a.m., 1000 block of Russell Avenue: A caller reported he found his Acura up on blocks with all four tires taken.
