Terri Storrs, lecturer for the San Jose Cleveland Ballet, will present "'A Midsummer Night's Dream': Storytelling in Dance" at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 6, in the Los Altos Library Program Room. This is the first of four "Dance Dialogues" that the ballet company has scheduled at the library to focus on its season productions. These discussions are accompanied by video and/or slides.

"The Handmaid's Tale" by Margaret Atwood will be the second title in the Los Altos Library's book discussion series on family life in contemporary fiction.

Everyone is welcome to the discussion at 7:30 p.m., Oct. 13. No registration is necessary.
