Sept. 22, 1:37 p.m., 100 block of Main Street: A caller reported a vehicle stolen from a parking lot. It was found Sunday, parked in the 600 block of Hawthorne Avenue, where it had been for a week, police said.

Sept. 22, 3:24 p.m., 100 block of San Antonio Road: Car vs. wheelchair. Police reported a leg abrasion to the person in the wheelchair and damage to the wheelchair.

Friday, 2:54 a.m., 5000 block of El Camino Real: Police arrested a 25-year-old man on a charge of drunk driving.

Friday, 11:14 a.m., 300 block of North Clark Avenue: A caller reported that a magazine salesman came into the house to make a phone call. While the resident was not looking, the salesman allegedly took a blank check from the resident's purse.

Friday, 2:26 p.m., 200 block of Almond Avenue: A laptop computer was reported stolen from Room 207 at Los Altos High School.
Counterfeit money
Saturday, 2:29 p.m., 100 block of Sylvian Way: A caller treceived six $20 bills from an ATM, one of which was counterfeit. A local business owner would not accept it, he said.
