Democratic Club hosts McNamara

Dr. Joseph McNamara, former San Jose police chief (1976-1991), will be the guest speaker at the Saturday lunch meeting of the Peninsula Democratic Coalition. Dr. McNamara will discuss "Gangster Cops: A Hidden Consequence of the War on Drugs."
