Reception for artists at LAH town hall

Painter Mary S.. Cox and sculptor Lidija Tkalcevic were welcomed Sunday at an artists reception at Won Hall in Los Altos Hills. Both artists will have exhibits on display at Town Hall through Dec. 20.

Cox, who studied at the Academy of Art in San Francisco, is chief editor for the "Watermedia Focus Workbook," a quarterly magazine..

Tkalcevic was born in Croatia and moved to California 18 years ago. Her interest in the human body has led her to capture funny and sad movements of everyday life in sculptures.

The exhibit is open Mondays through Fridays during town staff hours. Town Hall is located at 26379 Fremont Road.
