Nov. 15, 1:54 p.m.: Police responded to an assault/domestic violence case.

Vandalism

Nov. 15, 4 p.m., first block of Avalon Drive: A caller reported that someone used auto chemicals and spread them around the back yard.

Theft

Nov. 16, 6:36 a.m., 2100 block of Grant Road: A caller said he left his wallet at a business. When he returned and picked it up, his credit cards, ATM card and driver's license were missing, police said.

Vandalism

Nov. 16, 11:11 p.m., 1100 block of Los Altos Avenue: A caller reported "tagging" graffiti to the main building.

Illegal weapon

Nov. 16, 12 noon, San Antonio Road and Fayette Drive: Police made an arrest on charges of illegal weapon manufacture.

DUI

Friday, 2:03 a.m., El Camino Real and San Antonio Road: Police arrested a 48-year-old man on drunk driving charges.

Burglary

Friday, 4:06 a.m., Foothill Expressway and Main Street: After a vehicle was reported seen "quickly driving from the area," police arrested a 27-year-old man on burglary charges.

Traffic accidents

Friday: There were six traffic accidents, between 8:01 a.m. and 1:57 p.m., from San Antonio Road and the parking plaza to Showers Road and El Camino Real. Five were non-injury.

Friday, 8:39 p.m., 100 block of Main Street: An employee reported his wallet missing.

Burglary

Sunday, 10:04 a.m., 1500 block of Clay Drive: A caller reported that the rear window of a Jeep Grand Cherokee was smashed and a briefcase taken.

Burglary

Sunday, 10:30 a.m., 200 block of Edith Avenue: A bicycle was reported taken from an unsecured side garage door.
