The Los Altos-based Alzheimer's Association of the Greater San Francisco Bay Area has announced that the construction and testing of their new web site is now complete.

The site, www.alzsf.org, is intended for use by anyone affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. Included are those concerned about their own health and memory, family members, caregivers, health professionals, public safety officials and members of the Bay Area research community.

The web site will also review and provide links to other web sites dealing with Alzheimer's and other dementia.

In the Bay Area, the Alzheimer's Association provides information, support and education and training for individuals and families.
