Foothill Disposal holds 'Spirit of Sharing'

Foothill Disposal is holding its annual "Spirit of Sharing" food and toy drive through Dec. 17 in Mountain View. The drive benefits needy families served by the Community Services Agency (CSA).

Foothill Disposal employees are collecting new toys, games, books, canned goods and nonperishable food items during the four-week period.

Items should be dropped off at Foothill Disposal, 935 Terra Bella Ave., Mountain View.

Food donations should consist of canned, nonperishable items. No glass packaging please. Foods in short supply include canned milk, meats, fish, soups, vegetables and juices, as well as rice, pasta and peanut butter in plastic jars. All items must have their original labels.
