Art House Gallery

Sean Yiu opened the Art House Gallery Nov. 27, featuring the fine arts of Asia. The gallery is located at 333 First St., the former location of Ingrid Jackson-MacDonald's Sunbird Gallery.

Art House Gallery presents contemporary oil paintings by Chinese-American artists, including well-known artists like Zhang Yibo. Oil portraits by Liang Zhuo, a Chinese-American artist living in Massachusetts, ornament the walls.

The Art House Gallery will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day except Mondays. For more information, call 941-1561.

Gallery 9

Melanie Arndt will display her works from Jan. 4-30.

Gallery 9 is located at 143 Main St., Los Altos.

Viewpoints Gallery

Members of Viewpoints Gallery are exhibiting two paintings each in the Los Altos Library until Jan. 7.
