A caller reported that a juvenile with short, shaved hair, between 15-17 years old with an athletic build, tried to take a bicycle. The suspect was wearing an orange and blue jersey type , v-neck shirt with the number 99 on the front. A report was taken. DUI arrest Dec. 9, 6:54 p.m., El Monte Avenue and Santa Barbara Drive: a 31-year-old male was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol.
